"We had a great trip to Southern California in our motor home rental from RV Partners and appreciate the great service that was provided. We ran into a snag on the way down. Just one hour outside of SLC in Payson, Utah the front right tire of the motor home blew out. Immediately, I called Mike at RV Partners to let him know about the problem. He was very helpful and started calling places for us to come and put the spare tire on for us. He had a new tire ordered and waiting for us at a tire store just down the road so that we still could have a spare for the rest of our trip. For some reason, the spare tire on the RV did not fit, so the tow guy who came to change the spare tire drove and picked up the new tire. Mike, from RV Partners, drove down from SLC to bring us a new spare that fit so we would have one. He was fast and was actually waiting for us at the tire store before we even got there. He felt really bad that this happened to us only an hour on our trip. We realized that this was not his fault and that it could have happened to anyone. I am grateful that he provided such great customer service and prevented us from what could have been a disaster. I would like to thank the staff at RV Partners for providing us with such a great experience and a wonderful motor home for our vacation. The reservation, check in and check out process all went very smooth and our trip was amazing. I would definitely recommend their services."
