  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellation Policy/Fees There is a 24 hour grace period for all bookings unless the rental has already started. All cancellation fees are based on the total amount of the rental and extras. After the 24 hour grace period but more than 30 days prior to departure date there will be a 10% cancellation fee assessed. Between 30 and 15 days prior to the departure date a 50% refund will be issued. Within 14 days prior to departure date there will be no refund issued.
  • What are the pick up and drop off times/location?
    Pick up is 3:00 PM through 5:00 PM. Noon pick up is an add on and is between 12:00 noon and 3:00 PM and is subject to availability. Drop off is 8:00 AM through 10:00 AM. Noon drop off is an add on and is 10:00 AM through 12 Noon and is subject to availability. The RV is due back before 10:00 AM unless the Noon drop off is previously arranged. The pickup and drop off location is: 3615 South 700 West, South Salt Lake, UT 84115, unless the delivery option has been added to your reservation.
  • Are pets allowed?
    You are required to request that a pet stay in one of our units during your rental period. Any damages that a pet causes will be charged to the renter. Any messes that the pet may make will have a $250 cleaning fee assessed. Having pets in the rental without written permission will result in a $150 fee.
  • Do I need a special driver's license to drive a motorhome?
    No, you will need to be at lease 25 years of age with a valid driver's license. No special endorsements or classes are needed. All drivers must be present, listed on the rental agreement and must sign it, They will also be bound by its terms and conditions.
  • Are there traveling restrictions?
    Yes. Our units are not allowed outside of the US and Canada. Within the US and Canada there are a few restrictions. Our units must remain on maintained traveling surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, or gravel roadways. Please be aware that an RV is taller, longer, and wider than most cars and trucks and cannot go in all areas that other vehicles can. We do not allow off road driving of any kind including traveling to the Burning Man Festival or driving on the Salt Flats (fees and damage charges may apply).
  • Can I take your RV to Burning Man?
    No, there are no exceptions to the rule. This is due to the issues the dust causes to the rig not the festival itself. Should this rule be found to be broken there will be a $2500 fee added to the reservation.
  • Can I tow a trailer behind the motorhome?
    Yes, all motor vehicle laws must be followed. Our Trail Cross 20CB CANNOT tow a trailer. All of our over motorhomes are equipped with a 2 inch receiver hitch and a 7-way light connection. They can tow 2900 pounds without brakes on the trailer and up to 5000 pounds with brakes. Trailers equipped with electric brakes must use a inline brake controller such as the Curt Echo, we have these available to rent for $35 for the length of your trip. A 7-way to 4-way light adaptor may be required.
  • Can I rent a motorhome one way?
    No, we do not have a ability to rent motorhomes one way.
  • Are there fees or costs other than the rental rate?
    Insurance: On bookings made after 5-13-24 there is no additional cost of insurance! Our commercial RV rental policy covers your rental at no additional cost to you! There are taxes of course. There are mileage and generator fees on the motorhomes. There are 100 miles included for each rental night over that miles are $0.40 each. Generator hours are $5.00 per hour after the 4 included each night. There are other extras that we make available that you can add for minimal fees. If the RV is not returned in the same condition that is was received in the following fees will apply: Damages - the cost of repair. Dirty interior - $150 cleaning fee Waste tanks not emptied completely- $75 dumping fee
  • Can I change my reservation?
    Yes, we would love to assist you with this as long as the cancellation deadline has not passed or you are not wanting to move your reservation outside of the cancellation deadline. New dates are subject to availability and rates differences.
  • What if I left an item in an RV?
    Please contact us within 7 days of the return of the vehicle. If it is an item of value we will hold on to it for 7 days in our lost and found. The renter will need to send us a pre-paid shipping label if the item needs to be shipped. Handling fees may apply.
  • Where can I get a copy of the rental agreement before I arrive?
